Ignite Sweden has partnered with #MEGADEALS to offer startups and scaleups a workshop where you can learn everything you need to create your go-to-market model in finite markets.
The marketing and sales around large B2B deals are almost always highly reliant on a handful of individuals who can orchestrate them well. This workshop will provide you with all the elements you need to take your business offering to the top of c-level and stakeholders' decision-making agendas.
In this full-day workshop you will learn:
- How to select the ideal industries, countries, and organizations to prioritize in the short, medium, and long term
- Strategies for selecting the right stakeholders to go for
- Tailoring your positioning and messaging for companies introducing new categories (the W-model)
- Developing a go-to-market model for companies selling new categories in finite markets, covering marketing, social selling, sales, KPIs, organization, and adjustments based on market phase
This workshop has been created by Christopher Engman, a serial entrepreneur, investor, author, and founder of #MEGADEALS.
The workshop will take place on November 14 in a hybrid format: 25 participants will have the chance to attend in-person in Stockholm, while 20 participants can join online. Please indicate your preferred mode of participation during registration.
